How do I place an order?

Please use the enquiry form selecting the type of order you would like to place, the date you would like to collect this order, and as much detail as possible regarding the design of this order. I will aim respond to your enquiry within to confirm availability to your chosen date and a quote based on your order description. You can then decide if you would like to go ahead with your order.

How do I pay for my order?

Accepted Answer

Payment is to be made via bank transfer, the details will be provided within the enquiry process. Full payment will be required for orders up to the value of £25, orders above value this will require a 50% deposit to secure. Full payment is required at least one week before the date of collection.

Question 4

How do I transport my order?

Accepted Answer

Please transport your order flat in the boot or footwell of your car, especially cakes. If it’s hot , ensure the aircon is on and take your order straight home.

How do I store my order?

Brownies, blondies and cakes should be stored in the fridge, you should take your cake out an hour or so before serving 
Cupcakes, cookies and biscuits can be stored at room temperature
In warmer weather I would suggest also storing your cupcakes and treat boxes in the fridge

How long do bakes last?

Cakes and cupcakes are best eaten within 4 days
Brownies and blondies will stay fresh for a week if stored in the fridge
Cookies and biscuits will stay fresh for 5 days

What if the flavour I like isnt listed?

Please submit an enquiry form with your chosen flavour and I’ll confirm if I can cater for this, my flavour lists are not exhaustive, and I love to create new and exciting combinations

Do you cater for allergies?

Accepted Answer

Although I offer bakes made without dairy and bakes made to vegan recipes there is still a risk of cross contamination due to operating in a small home kitchen thus these are not advised for customers with allergies. Ingredients with the following allergens are regularly handled: WHEAT, BARLEY, OATS, MILK, SOYA, EGG, NUTS [including hazelnuts, almonds, pecans, walnuts, pistachios], PEANUTS, SULPHUR, SESAME

When you send an enquiry please advise of ANY allergies you have, during consultation you will be advised of the allergens your order contains and again upon collection in the form of an allergen label.

Do you deliver?

If it’s not possible for you to collect your order please request delivery with enquiring, I will do my best to accommodate this request, dependant on the distance there may be a small delivery charge

Do you offer postal?

There will be a monthly postal box of brownies and blondies, and there will be at least one postal option for occasions such as Mother’s Day - look out for this service coming soon!
